Introduction of the five models



1. "Slitting Paperboard &Corner Cutting＆ Grooving Machine" – Streamlining production with seamless cutting and grooving in one step.

The slitting accuracy can be continuously guaranteed and maintained consistently.Traditiaoal die -cutting knife plates are easily deformed.

The machine consists of bi-directional slitting + corner cutting + bi-directional grooving function, eliminating the need for separate cutting and die-cutting when making the rigid boxes.

The whole machine is all CNC adjusted, only need to input the product specification size, the machine is automatically adjusted in place, and with the data storage function, to achieve quick change of size.



2. "Full Plate Partial Grooving Machine" – The foldable box are made of full-plate grooved and partial V grooved. It adopts a full -plate printing, full-plate grooving, and full-plate die-cutting production process. The full-plate material can be combined horizontally or vertically. According to the grooving position, the required grooving line is selected for split grooving, and the thickness of the cardboard is misaligned for grooving. This solves the problem that previously individual small foldable boxes could not be grooved, but now they can all be combined into full-plate grooving. Enhance the grade and high-end feel of the foldable box, while ensuring production capacity and controlling costs.



3. "Partial Grooving Machine" – Versatile performance for targeted grooving applications.

Partial grooving, jump knife grooving and grooving with line misalignment (solving the problem of thickness difference in foldable box forming) are applied to cardboard boxes, laminated card boxes, ivory board boxes, wine boxes, cigarette packs, tea bags, electronic packs, etc.



4. "Wine Box Partial Grooving Machine" – Tailored for luxury packaging, ensuring flawless finishes for high-end products.

Partial grooving, jumping knife grooving, applied to the laminating cardboard, wine package cardboard bi-directional grooving, a machine dual use, it can do both bi-directional grooving of top & base boxes and the hardcover case of the unidirectional grooving.



5. "Fully Servo Cardboard Bidirectional Grooving Machine" – Next-gen automation for bidirectional grooving, maximizing speed and consistency.
