    The machine consists of bi- directional sliting+corner cutting+bi-directional grooving function,eliminating the deed of separate cutting and die-cutting when making the rigid boxes.

    Saving more labor than the traditional process,this machine achieves the same functional capacity while requiring only 2 people.

    Retain the historical size data: input groove pitch, other parts (large drum belt movement, pulling gauge movement, grooving knife seat left and right movement) a key to start in place.

    Equipped with special automatic blade sharpener,the operation of sharpening is more convenient.

    The whole machine is all CNC adjusted,only need to input the product specification size,the machine is automatically adjusted in place,and with the data storage function,to achieve quick change of size.

    All-in-one machine saves workplace and material.

    A blade can be sharpened more than ten times,each grinding cancut 20000 sheets of  large boards,the average cost of cutting each sheet of large boards is only one tenth of traditional slitting machine.
