Zhejiang Saili Machinery CO.,LTD is one of a professional manufacturer and exporter of grooving machine, slitting machine, magnet sticking machine, box making machine & packaging machinery in China. Our company is located in Wenzhou City, covering an area of 6,280 square meters, with a building area of 2,800 square meters.

1996

We sold machines to around 40 countries,and have a market share of 70% in China.In the past years,we updated and improved machines technology as per customer’s feedback. Nowadays,we are enjoy good reputation both in China and abroad.

2001

On 2001,we produced traditional V6/V9 notching machine and full set of PVC wooden box making machines.

2003

On2003,we researched and developed fast speed XK-6 notching machine.

2005

On 2005,we researched and developed no dust,little noise,no deckle edge new type”KL-1000 grooving machine”,and first time changed the name”notching machine”into “grooving machine”in China.

2007

On 2007,we researched and developed “KL-1000-2 scroll grooving machine”, and applied for the national invention patent. It is evaluated by country “scroll grooving machine” own professional standard operating command.

2008-2009

Between 2008 and 2009,we made huge breakthrough to packing box grooving, such as wine box grooving , i phone & i pad box 350GSM copperplate paper grooving and MDF board grooving.

2010

On 2010,we developed single belt auto feeder “KLZ-1000-2 scroll grooving machine”, simultaneously we developed U type groove.

2012

On 2012,we researched and developed”KLZ-900 automatic grooving machine” ,it can feed the board automatically, auto-correcting function to keep accuracy and reduce error, waste material will be sent out automatically after grooved, final product will be collected automatically, auto-stop system for board seized up. Create the core technology of grooving machine.

2013

Invest in the second factory area, 15,000 square meters On 2013,we developed KLJ-600 Automatic cross grooving machine, cross grooving one time for rigid boxes. On 2013,we developed Semi-automatic magnet supplying machine MAG-800, it is imported the latest technology from Italy PRONI company, using particular mechanism to completion of the milling holes, glue, magnets installation in the cardboard automatically.

2014

On 2014,we developed automatic cardboard corner cutting and grooving machine SLG-850.this machine have two function ,likes corner die-cutting and grooving.

2015

On 2015,we developed Automatic feeder grooving machine KLZ-935,for grooving special shape cardboard. On 2015,we developed SLQ -1300 automatic cardboard slitting machine with two direction.

2016

On 2016,SLG-600 automatic corner cutting and grooving machine ,do two direction in one time.

2017

On 2017,SLZ-928 automatic digital grooving machine ,equipped with digital indicator of grooving knives.

2018

On 2018,SLG-830 automatic corner cutting and grooving machine. On 2018 , SLZ-938H automatic digital grooving machine,equipped with digital indicator of grooving knives.

2019

On 2019,Automatic cross paperboard grooving machine KLZ-500. Establishing R&D in Shanghai

2023

The third factory is 70,000 square meters.
